I am yet to hear a fair argument on why women can't have normal #pockets πŸ‘–

Still waiting.

P.S. Explain the convenience of this product design, please.

My biggest problem with the #10mindelivery model is this πŸ•°οΈ It reinforces an economy of panic, and, DON'T WE ALL PANIC ENOUGH ALREADY?
I'd rather walk to the nearest grocery store, or wait an extra 15 min in anticipation of a meal cooked with love but not put together in haste.

Landing a job isn't easy. So even if you think you are a partial fit for these roles, you should apply. #impostersyndrome is real & as a company that firmly believes in creating equal employment opportunities, trust us when we say - we want you to hire you for who you are.#Hiring

It's 2022, here's a reminder for you and your teams to add #pronouns to your email signatures. This is not just personal anymore, #diversity needs to be flaunted and celebrated everywhere, including our workspaces πŸ₯‚

How do you know someone's an
#inclusive leader?

@LeenaNairHR ID's all of her pictures as descriptions πŸ’œ so inspiring to watch women like her lead the way for all of us πŸ™‚

Data only tells us so much, the devil is in the design of systems which yield us those outcomes. Having few #women around us is not an accident, it's a systemic shortcoming.
Kudos #CarolineCriadoPerez for this gem! As a leader of company/team/community, read it. #MakeWomenVisible

Find me a person/company who has the same values that @Airbnb demonstrates day in and day out πŸ’š Be it their obsession for customer delight, the grace with which they handled their COVID layoffs and now this - just fangirling to one of my all-time favourite companies!

Last week has been difficult for our Queer friends and allies watching #Virdas make insensitive jokes and defend them. He offered and apology today and it had me thinking.

Why is it so difficult
to say the word,
sorry?

Watching @neeraj____chopra 's throw on loop and not for once did it occur to me that I did play #Javelin at some point in my own life too. (Ignore the typo, lol) Feels special to be part of something incredible (#Olympics2020 GOLD, FOR HEAVENS'S SAKE!) in your own mundane way.

This could be a new normal, playing around during meetings.

Catching up on some @austinkleon inspired note making.
